Keep Hydrated

Keep hydrated guys it is hot,hot,hot out there. These bottle are sure to encourage you to want to want to drink more to stay healthy.

I am defiantly someone who knows they should drink more, so I always carry around a cool water bottle with me as it also help me know how much I have actually drank.

These water bottles from Dunelm are great fun though, aimed at gym enthusiasts but defiantly for everyone.

The bottles are quoted with ” Gym hair don’t care”, “I run so I can eat Pizza” and ” Gym and Tonic”. There are a few other designs in store such as “Wake up work out”, “Run faster” and “No pain no gain”.

I love the ” I run so I can eat pizza” This is very me….. without the running part as much.

They are all £4 each , hand wash only and they are not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave.
